Teach the tool.

AI training built for a staff that doesn't agree about AI โ€” and for the problem of students finishing six months of coursework in six hours.

๐Ÿšฆ CLARITY

Everyone knows what's allowed on this assignment.

Red / Yellow / Green on every task
๐Ÿง  CAPACITY

Build and measure what AI can't fake.

Process-weighted assessment
๐Ÿค COMMUNITY

Respond to misuse as teaching, not policing.

Conversation before accusation
The premise: AI didn't create the six-hours-for-six-months problem โ€” it revealed it. If a course can be finished by a machine in an afternoon, it was measuring compliance rather than learning. That's uncomfortable, and it's the good news: it means the fix is ours.

Two rules that carry most of the weight.

1. If you haven't told students which light is on, the light is Yellow. You cannot penalize a student for a rule that existed only in your head.

2. Never ask "did you use AI?" โ€” a yes/no trap that invites a lie. Ask "walk me through how you put this together." Impossible to fail if they did the work, and you accused no one.
